Purple Sapphire Pendants (Old Soviet Material)

These are lab created purple sapphires produced in the Soviet Union back in the 1970s or 1980s, cut from an old collection and set in 925 sterling silver. Due to the vanadium used as a dopant, they have some color shift under different lighting conditions.

They are great for any lover of science, history or the color purple.
