Soviet Laser Ruby 'Splinter In the Mind's Eye'

This is a custom cut Kyber-inspired laser ruby cut specially for May the Fourth.  It weighs in at 29.5ct.

The rough for this stone was grown in the 1980s in eastern Europe, using their upgraded flame fusion techniques to produce laser-grade crystals.
